Set up a video review room

Share a cut for frame-accurate feedback, track versions, and collect approval in one place.

Updated August 9, 2026

Video review is part of the Creative Suite, the tier for photo and video studios. A review room lets a client comment on exact frames, compare versions, and approve, so feedback stays in one place instead of scattered across emails.

Share a cut for review

  1. Add your cut as a film to the gallery for that project, then open its review panel.
  2. Choose Send for review and share the room link with your client.
  3. Clients click any frame to leave a timestamped comment.

Point at the frame instead of describing it

A timecode says when; sometimes you also need where. While writing a note about a moment, your client can choose Mark the frame and draw straight on the paused picture — a circle round the thing they mean, with Undo and Clear while they work and Use this mark to attach it to the note.

  1. In the review room, choose At this moment to start a note.
  2. Choose Mark the frame, draw on the picture, then Use this mark.
  3. Write the note and send it as usual.

Notes carrying a mark show a marked label in the thread on both sides. Open one from your notes panel and the mark appears on your own player, on that frame — so "the thing on the left" is something you can see rather than guess at.

Track versions and approval

  1. Upload a new version when you make changes; earlier versions stay available to compare.
  2. Watch comments resolve as you address them.
  3. Your client chooses Approve when the cut is final.

Tip

Every comment is pinned to a frame, so "fix the shot at 0:42" lands exactly where it belongs — and a marked one points at the spot as well as the moment.
